Eligibility Criteria

• Grade A: 21 to 30 years
• Grade B: 25 to 33 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • OBC: +3 years
  • PwD: +10 years

Educational Qualification

For Grade A (General Stream):

• Graduation in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• OR Professional qualifications like CA/CS/CMA/CFA.
• OR MBA/PGDM (2-year full-time) from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: 2 years in MSME lending, banking, or financial institutions (if applicable).

For Grade B (General & Specialist Streams):

• General Stream: Graduation (60%) + 5 years experience in RBI/SEBI/NABARD/SIDBI/Commercial Banks.
• Legal Stream: LLB (50%) + 5 years legal experience in banks/financial institutions.
• IT Stream: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA (60%) + 5 years IT experience.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three stages:

1. Phase I (Online Exam) – Objective test (Reasoning, Quant, English, General Awareness).
2. Phase II (Online Exam) – Descriptive & Specialist papers.
3. Interview – Personality assessment & document verification.
